To enable a smooth online meeting with many attendants, please follow these guidelines:
- Please make sure to arrive in the 15 minutes before the CID update by Chantal, to familiarize yourself with the online environment and solve possible technical issues
- Switch off your microphone (to avoid background noise) and camera (to save bandwidth)
- Lotte will moderate and will ensure questions can be asked at the end of a presentation. Don’t forget to enable your microphone and/or video when speaking and switch it off once you’re done.
- Please use the chat function to ask questions/react during a presentation. If the chat function is not available (e.g. you are joining via a webbrowser), you can email Iris Bleeker (I.Bleeker@uu.nl) with questions. She will pass them on to Lotte.
